Dr. Sachdev
Dr. Sachdev began his practice of veterinary medicine in 1971 upon graduating from The College of Veterinary sciences PAU, Punjab, India. In 1978, Dr. Sachdev was chosen for a veterinary medical internship at Boston Road Animal Hospital in Bronx, New York. After completing his internship, Dr. Sachdev moved to New England and practiced veterinary medicine and surgery in Windsor, Connecticut and emergency veterinary medicine in Acton, Massachusetts. In 1985, Dr. Sachdev created, built, and opened the Kennedy Road Veterinary Clinic in Windsor, Connecticut. In his 26 years of practice at Kennedy Road Veterinary clinic, Dr. Sachdev developed a large client base that he serviced on a seven day a week basis. His dedication to the welfare and health of his clients’ pets has resulted in an improved quality of life for the pets that he has so conscientiously cared for.
Dr. Sachdev has earned the respect of his veterinary colleagues and has held leadership positions in the Connecticut Veterinary Medical Association. In his time away from his practice, Dr. Sachdev is a devoted family man and he is married with two children. Dr. Sachdev is also religiously active and is a member of the board of trustees of his temple in Middletown, CT.
